Allison focuses on addressing healthcare providers’ regulatory issues including reimbursement, audits, licensing, certification, provider enrollment, medical staff matters, certificates of need, and compliance with both state and federal laws. Allison also represents clients in transactions for the purchase, sale and lease of practices and facilities focusing on the regulatory compliance of the transaction and in drafting and advising clients on contracts to be in compliance with anti-refferal laws.
